Insurance Defense Associate Attorney – New Jersey (Hybrid) A respected law firm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their New Jersey office. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging insurance litigation cases in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload of personal injury, property damage, and general liability matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Collaborate with clients, carriers, and legal teams to develop effective strategies

Deliver timely and sound legal analysis and client guidance

What You Need to Bring :

JD from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania

3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills

Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation abilities
