Key Responsibilities
Evaluate data and insights to support data-driven decision making for cost reduction and improved clinical outcomes
Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommend solutions, and assist with implementation
Lead problem-solving efforts and provide guidance to junior analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
4+ years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis
Preferred experience in healthcare analytics delivery and project management
Familiarity with claims payment and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare
Experience in emerging trend analysis and financial modeling preferred
