Job Description

Responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role involves bringing deep technical knowledge combined with administration and analysis skills of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment issues related to growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software.
• Provide escalated technical support for complex issues, including leading problem management cases and providing status updates to management.
• Coordinate support cases, lead technical resources and vendors to resolution, and manage Oracle system and database appliances.
• Assist with server OS and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
• Work on hardware and software standardization projects within the Oracle technology stack.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

Salary ranges vary by location and experience, with US hourly rates from $38.03 to $76.06, and annual from $79,100 to $158,200.
