Thinkingbox is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our award-winning team in Chicago! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving excellence in delivery, and supporting client relationships through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, developers, and strategists to bring world-class work to life across digital, experiential, and content production.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously – balancing scope, timelines, and budgets – while ensuring our clients feel supported and our internal teams are set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day production of digital and content projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Serve as a key client contact for project execution, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships
• Lead scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and workflow for multiple projects at once
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to problem-solve and keep projects on track
• Anticipate risks, identify solutions, and communicate updates clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders
• Support pitches and proposals with production insights and executional planning
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation across the production team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality creative work on time and on budget
