Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving demand generation, optimizing marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall growth strategy for our provider-focused initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-growth environments, particularly within the healthtech, SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation : Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities. Utilize various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events
Campaign Management : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative, copy, events, and marketing operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to align marketing strategies with business goals. Serve as the primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders
Content Development : Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment
Event Presence and Logistics : Facilitate the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staffing, to ensure a successful and impactful event presence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the ABA therapy or Behavioral Health industry
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
