Continuous Improvement Engineering

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Engineering role at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for working alongside Cornerstone employees on projects that will have a direct impact on the business. Reporting directly to the Spokane Plant Manager, this role will interface with the Production and Quality departments.

Primary projects include :

• Create a Standard Work for every position in plant
• Conduct time studies on every position in the plant
• Create a balance Chart for every line in the plant
