Technical Assistant / Chief of Staff

Overview

The Chief of Staff position has primary responsibility for completion of high-level activities directly for a member of Intel's senior-most executive team. The role adapts to the executive, leadership team, and organizational needs and may evolve over time. The COS–TA supports the executive and staff, helps set priorities, identifies gaps, and collaborates with senior leaders across Intel and their Chiefs of Staff as required. The COS / TA will work to develop relationships within the data center organization and with partner stakeholders, manage staff activities and meetings, create collaterals, and drive organizational special projects and stakeholder management.

DCG COS / TA Reporting

The DCG Technical Assistant - Chief Of Staff reports to and directly supports Kevork Kechichian, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Group (DCG) and his direct staff. The role provides counsel, coordination, and solutions to drive business decision-making and learning and development processes to assure successful execution of strategic objectives. Strong relationships within the DCG and partner organizations are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day schedule and execution operations.
• Develop strong lateral connections with business groups.
• Define and document business processes within the DCG organization or a specific group / function.
• Integrate standard operations functions like HR, Finance, Staffing; collaborate with external teams and customers on planning, reviews, and updates.
• Support decision-making processes and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience including business experience in the technology industry and project / program management across a highly matrixed organization.

Work Model : Hybrid; eligible to split time between on-site and off-site work.
