Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Medical Malpractice group represents leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and physicians in complex defense litigation across Florida. The firm provides a high-volume, trial-focused environment with structured mentorship and clear growth pathways.

We’re seeking a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the firm’s Miami office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting senior partners on active medical malpractice cases and offering exposure to trial work and direct client interaction.

Job Details

Qualifications :

J.D. from accredited law school; member of the Florida Bar.

Minimum 3 years of medical malpractice defense experience.

Strong writing, research, and case management skills.

Trial experience a plus.
