A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client service and experience excellence
Collaborate with delivery leadership to optimize services and meet client needs
Act as an escalation point for client and team delivery issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) or Cloud Service Providers (CSP)
At least five years in a leadership role in Client Success Management
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI and ServiceNow
Preferred AWS, Azure, and Security certifications or accreditations
BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field preferred
