Ignite growth and drive Panduit's success by leading strategic partnerships across a dynamic channel ecosystem, including distributors, system integrators, contractors, and VARs. You'll champion our solutions, boost brand preference, and empower partners to win with Panduit. With a sharp focus on market share, profitability, and seamless collaboration, you'll turn channel relationships into powerful engines of business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Collaborate with senior team members to develop and lead annual channel strategies. Drive execution through regional sales and marketing teams, ensuring optimal channel selection for business growth.
  • Revenue & Portfolio Expansion : Grow channel partner revenue year-over-year by expanding product footprint and introducing new offerings. Conduct annual reviews to align internal teams and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Forecasting & Performance Management : Deliver accurate quarterly revenue forecasts, minimize deviations, and maintain ongoing alignment with business leaders.
  • Profitability & Partner Engagement : Accelerate channel performance and profitability through monthly check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews. Track and improve partner satisfaction using scorecard metrics.
  • Lead Generation & Intelligence : Identify and qualify large project opportunities. Gather actionable account insights to support account teams.
  • Channel Enablement & Flow Business Growth : Lead partner planning and forecasting efforts. Address capability gaps to enhance partner understanding of Panduit's strategy and solutions, driving consistent flow business growth.

What You Will Bring

  • Education : Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience : 2-4 years of inside account management experience managing channel partners.
  • IT Distribution : Experience with IT distributors or system integrators / value-added resellers that purchase through IT distribution.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to influence stakeholders and articulate value of partner programs across functions.
  • Inventory Management : Hands-on experience managing total inventory in IT distribution environments, including return reductions.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong solution knowledge with awareness of key market competitors and understanding of organizational strategy and how it aligns with channel objectives.
  • Relationship Building Skills : Proven capability to acquire and develop channel partnerships effectively and ability to execute account management processes across partner networks.
  • Travel : Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
  • Location : Preferably located in Buffalo, NY or Toronto, ON.

  • Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000- $115,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
