Salary : $70-85k DOE

Seeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York, Lancaster, Columbia PA area.

Essential Functions of the Job :

Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility

Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors

Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely

Conduct RCA for defective material and non-compliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions

Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CI's

Desired Education and Experience :

Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation

Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment
