GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As the Project Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management as well as other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
Salary range ($75,000 - $115,000+). Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsPerform risk management to minimize project riskManage relationships with clients and all stakeholdersMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage changes to project scopes, project schedules and project costDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressEnsure resource availability and allocationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and issuing corrective actions as neededMeet with clients, architects, and contractors as needed to facilitate project successCoordinate project changes as needed and be willing to adapt if necessaryMeet with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify specific requirements of each project as neededEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Associate's degree in construction management, or related degree preferred.General commercial construction knowledge preferred.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and representatives from other companies, agencies or departmentsAbility to organize and clearly express information in concise written formAbility to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accuratelyAbility to detect and reconcile discrepanciesAbility to use calculators, personal computers and application software.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExcellent time management skillsPossession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehiclePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
