What You'll Do :

• ️ Assess the needs of children and families and develop individualized service plans
• ️ Conduct weekly home visits and maintain regular contact with foster families and other supports
• ️ Advocate for clients in court and through multi-disciplinary team meetings
• ️ Facilitate placements and provide post-placement supervision
• ️ Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies
• ️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case records
• ️ Participate in court hearings, administrative case reviews, and agency utilization review
• ️ Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For :

🎓 Education : Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred)

📌 Experience : Professional experience in foster care or child welfare preferred
