As a Utility Technician , you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities operating smoothly and looking their best. This position combines hands-on custodial work with general maintenance and support tasks to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming space for everyone.
Position Details
What You'll Do
Perform custodial and light maintenance duties as assigned.
Handle special cleaning projects, floor care, and event setup or breakdown as needed.
Assist with supply inventory and equipment upkeep.
Support the custodial team by covering shifts and helping maintain daily workflow.
Take and respond to calls or messages on a company-issued phone and follow up promptly.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any issues to management.
