Key Responsibilities
Manage Paid Search and Emerging Channels to optimize CPA and identify growth opportunities
Oversee an 8-digit paid marketing budget and measure effectiveness against business KPIs
Develop strategic roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams for automation and optimization
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a focus on SEM and app marketing
4-6 years of people management experience with strong leadership skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from trends
