We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Swiss View & Swiss Ridge , two apartment communities (116 total units) on the same street in Nashville, TN.

$1,500 sign on bonus included!

Position Summary :

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
