Immediate openings! Full-Time or Part-Time schedules!  We are currently hiring for weekends (12 hour shifts) and daily shifts 2PM-10PM.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you are responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs. The DSP promotes independence, inclusion, and overall quality of life by assisting with daily activities, personal care, skill development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP) :

  • Provide supportive care to individuals in their home or community settings
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Encourage individuals in achieving their personal goals and enhancing life skills
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, social outings, or recreational activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and medication logs

Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, good driving record and proof of insurance required
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Prior experience in human services, healthcare, or caregiving is a plus
  • Physical ability to lift, transfer, or support individuals as needed
