Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group is seeking seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep cybersecurity expertise to drive significant growth. This role is for a proven leader who can consistently exceed $5M-$10M in annual sales by expertly navigating complex B2B cycles. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Responsibilities :

• Generate and close new business in target markets.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Surpass annual revenue targets of $5M-$10M.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships, especially with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, practice leaders, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide strategic feedback to delivery teams on emerging trends and service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Represent the organization at key industry events.
