Customer Service Specialist
Summary :
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in their efforts on a recovery-based project. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our business clients, providing support and resolving inquiries primarily over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage B2B relationships efficiently. This position will primarily be handling / placing outbound calls.
Compensation : Up to $21.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5pm On-Site
Location : Charlotte, NC 28269
Opportunity : contract through year end with potential to be extended!!

Key Responsibilities :
- Re-engage inactive business customers through outbound calls, aiming to restart purchases or guide next steps using a structured decision matrix.
- Recoup equipment if reactivation is not possible by suggesting recovery, donation, or sale.
- Educate customers on available products and services to support informed decision-making and potential reactivation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and document all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction while supporting strategic equipment and account initiatives.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent related experience.1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong phone handling and active listening skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Category Code : JN003
