About the Role

Do you love working with kids and bringing positive energy to everything you do? At My Gym Medfield , we turn playtime into something powerful - helping children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun movement-based classes.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructors (full-time and part-time) who enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have a blast in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it's a first somersault or a big "I did it!" moment, you'll be part of every smile and success.

No gymnastics experience? No problem! We provide complete, hands-on training. If you're dependable, upbeat, and love making a difference, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do

Lead and assist in fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes.

Create a positive and welcoming environment for kids and families.

Encourage children as they develop balance, coordination, and confidence.

Support birthday parties and special events with enthusiasm and teamwork.

Help with setup, cleanup, and maintaining a clean, safe gym.

What We're Looking For

Passion for working with children (ages 6 weeks to 10 years).

Positive, energetic, and reliable attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn - full training provided.

Experience in childcare, fitness, theater, sports, or education is a plus (but not required).
