Estimator – Commercial Construction (Ground-Up Projects)

Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM $37.50-$45.00 per hour

An established commercial general contractor is seeking an Estimator with hands-on experience in ground-up construction , ideally in education and healthcare projects . This role plays a key part in developing accurate cost estimates, building project schedules, and supporting preconstruction efforts to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

• Review plans, specs, and scope to prepare detailed cost estimates and takeoffs.
• Build construction schedules and coordinate bid strategies.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotes and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to finalize competitive bids.
