We're looking for Site Superintendents to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects throughout LA County . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring construction stays on schedule, team members are aligned with project goals, and all safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership : Lead daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and roles.
  • Task Management : Allocate work based on team members' skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Safety & Quality : Deliver daily safety talks, enforce all safety procedures, and conduct regular quality checks.
  • Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew, project managers, and upper management.
  • Documentation : Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and completed work.

Qualifications

  • Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of field experience in structured cabling, low voltage, or construction supervision.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications : OSHA 30 certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Tools : Proficiency with reporting tools, mobile field apps, and Microsoft Office / Excel.
  • Background Check : Must be able to pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) background check.

    • Work Details

  • Schedule : This is a full-time, on-site role. Work hours may vary, with some projects requiring a 12-hour shift (Mon-Sat) . Overtime is expected.
  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Duration : This is a short-term need, with a duration of 90 to 120 days, project could extend.
