We are looking for a Construction On-Site Manager who will get completely familiar with the project and plans, and will be the owner's liaison and on-site representative to make sure that all plans are carried out correctly.

The Job includes spending the day at the construction site : coordinating with the architect, engineer, designer, and contractor as necessary; assessing work done and making sure standards are high; reporting on comings and goings of subs and other vendors, and paying attention to the details of everything.

The right candidate has an appreciation for detail and design, is familiar with construction projects and on-site management, understands the norms and reasonable expectations of contractors and subs, and is a great communicator.

Compensation : $111,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Becomes familiar with plans and all details of the project
• Coordinates with designers, contractors, and other vendors
• Is an expert communicator and liaison between parties
• Manages the construction site daily in person
• Monitors attendance of subs, work completed, and quality of work done
• Works to high standards and understands quality work
• Works well with a team
• Is assertive and can get stuff done
