New York Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients

Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working as part of a team

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school

Active bar license in the State of New York

8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation

Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred

Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently
