Job Description

Performs diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office / department.

Job Responsibility

• Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to : Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments / meetings; Maintaining department / office files, record keeping, clinician record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department / office
• Data analysis and manipulation, generating and maintaining high value data reports
• Navigate, manage and design social media campaigns
• Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership groups
• Manage daily and event schedules for department
