Job Profile

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of GTM Productivity to partner with Amagi’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with the GTM leadership team and cross-functional partners. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Amagi’s go-to-market organization by driving productivity and operational excellence across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing.

The Head of GTM Productivity will lead initiatives that enhance sales velocity, optimize customer-facing processes, and ensure GTM teams are equipped with the right tools, content, and training. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions in global markets.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to design training, playbooks, and certification programs.
