Schedule / Hours : Onsite 5 days per week; 8am to 5pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual data entry from one billing system to another
• Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes
• Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes
• Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence

Qualifications :

Compensation : $18 / hour to $22 / hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
