Lead AI Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver generative AI-powered features using Anthropic's Large Language Models through AWS Bedrock

Evaluate emerging technologies to inform and accelerate product innovation

Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design, build, test, review, debug, and deploy code that serves students and educators

Required Qualifications

6+ years experience developing production-level code in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js & TypeScript

3+ years experience with web app development and deployment

2+ years of hands-on experience building integrations with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini)

Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on new ideas to validate product concepts with diverse stakeholders

Experience working on a cross-functional team of engineers and non-engineers
