Role Overview : We're seeking a Product Analyst to join our team and help drive product success through deep understanding of our current offerings, customer engagement, product KPIs and cross-team collaboration. This hybrid role combines product management and functional support with hands-on responsibilities creating end-user documentation and delivering product demos. Key Responsibilities :
- Customer & Market Insight
- Collect and analyze data on product usage, customer behavior, and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform product direction.
- Requirements & Use Cases
- Partner with key business stakeholders and customers to define functional requirements that address real customer pain points for both the web-based platform and the mobile application.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for both web-based platform and the mobile application.
- Map out use cases and edge cases to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure high product quality.
- Documentation & Communication
- Write and maintain end-user documentation such as help guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Support internal documentation for product and engineering teams (requirements, specifications, etc.).
- Communicate features clearly across cross-functional teams ( customer facing and operations teams) .
- Customer Engagement
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to participate in product demos for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to hear first-hand market needs.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to understand where users struggle and translate those learnings into product improvements.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Track product adoption and performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to product leadership in a clear, actionable way.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business o r equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role in a SaaS company, B2B experience a plus .Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .Confident presenter, comfortable demoing to both technical and non-technical audiences and familiar with PowerPoint .Experience with documentation tools (Confluence or similar) a plus.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum product development is desirable.
