The Air Traffic Training Lead will oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that ensure the readiness and proficiency of personnel operating within the National Airspace System (NAS). This role requires a strong background in instructional design, FAA air traffic control procedures, and large-scale training program management. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader capable of guiding training teams, collaborating with FAA stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.

Opportunities by Level :

Mid-Level (5-8 years)

• Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of air traffic training programs
• Assist in creating training content, simulations, and performance assessments
• Deliver classroom or virtual instruction to operational and technical personnel
• Maintain training records and contribute to program improvement efforts

Senior (8-10 years)

Lead / SME (10+ years; ideal 20+)
