Job Description
Assist Project Managers in the coordination and execution of commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking, including managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety regulations. Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project progress and communication. Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and timely.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of commercial interior construction experience, ideally with office, retail, or corporate projects. Proficient with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.
