Job Description

Assist in the management of all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and building codes.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Assistant Project Manager - White Plains, NY

1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in commercial construction.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
