Position Summary :

The Staff Accountant is responsible for many aspects of the month-end close for one or more of the RAA’s divisions. In addition, the Staff Accountant will assist in the monthly close process and other general accounting functions. This position reports to the Manager of Accounting.

Essential Job Functions :

• Preparing journal entries for the monthly accounting close
• Preparing or assisting with preparing monthly financial statement reviews
• Assisting in divisional reporting and analysis
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Assist in external audits, including the year-end audit process
