New Business Marketing Representative
The New Business Marketing Representative will be responsible for working with new business sales representatives to support their efforts in generating leads, managing pipeline, presentations, and submissions. This role will also involve maintaining and updating internal databases as well as providing other administrative support to our new business team. Job Responsibilities : Assist in lead generation through outbound calls and email campaigns Manage new business pipeline reporting and tracking of opportunities Support marketing events including registration, communication, and coordination Provide assistance on presentations, proposals, and submission documents Maintain current client information in internal systems Update CRM system with notes and activity related to prospect interactions Work cross-functionally with underwriting, account management, and operations teams Successful Candidates Will Have : 7+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business Deep technical knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, & self-insured retentions programs Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
