The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and scale the recruiting strategy across multiple functions, including clinical, non-clinical, and support roles, with a focus on building a high-performing, mission-driven workforce. You will manage a remote TA team, develop performance metrics, and partner with leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality hires. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning with organizational goals and business priorities across clinical, operations, and administrative functions.
• Lead, coach, and manage a remote Talent Acquisition team, fostering capability in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
• Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency, quality, and candidate experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership and HR teams to ensure credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions.
• Create, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as time to fill, quality of hire, retention, cost per hire, and candidate experience.
• Own employer branding efforts, including relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment vendors.
• Manage TA budgets, vendor relationships, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
• Implement behavioral-based interview strategies and frameworks to ensure equitable, predictive, and high-quality hiring practices.
