Job overview and responsibilities

The Catering Operations Performance Analytics Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence by analyzing catering performance data across all locations. This role is responsible for developing insights, building dashboards and measuring performance against established service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive improved reliability, efficiency and customer satisfaction in Catering Operations, while also serving as the business owner for key Catering tools and applications.

Performance analysis & reporting :

• Analyze catering operations data to assess performance across all catering locations and develop leadership-level summaries and visualizations
• Measure and track vendor and station performance against SLAs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and validate the benefits of continuous improvement initiatives, quantifying results by location and across the network to clearly communicate operational impact.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.

The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
