Float Pharmacist – Make an Impact Across Communities

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional pharmacy care in different locations within your region.

Accurately dispense medications and maintain proper documentation.

Provide one-on-one patient counseling, including safe use, side effects, and overall wellness.

Partner with healthcare providers to create the best outcomes for patients.

Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, ensuring high-quality standards.

Step in to manage pharmacy operations when needed.

Stay current on pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Administer vaccinations and participate in community health initiatives.

Share your knowledge about health, wellness, and self-care with patients and staff.

Support new pharmacy programs and services.

Travel within your assigned region (up to 100 miles).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Wisconsin.

Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.

Independent, adaptable, and resourceful problem-solver.

Tech-comfortable—familiar with Google Workspace and pharmacy systems like PioneerRX.

Bonus Points If You Have :

2+ years of pharmacy experience encouraged but not required.

Immunization certification.

Experience with MTM or MedSync.
