This role blends hands-on campaign management with team leadership, client communication, and cross-channel collaboration. You'll play a key role in delivering measurable results, testing new ideas, and ensuring campaigns are set up for success. This is a direct hire opportunity and will require a hybrid schedule in the Chicago HQ.

Paid Social Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee Paid Social campaigns from strategy through execution
• Manage budgets, pacing, optimizations, and reporting
• Collaborate on creative and audience testing to improve performance
• Serve as the client-facing lead, sharing insights and recommendations
• Mentor junior team members and support their development
