As a Legal Assistant supporting a busy litigation team, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth case progression—from pre-trial deadlines to final court filings. This position offers a hands-on experience in California court systems and trial preparation, all within a supportive office culture known for excellence in insurance defense .

What You'll Do :

• Manage and maintain litigation calendars and case files
• Draft, format, and file legal documents such as answers, motions, and settlement agreements
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
• Prepare for trial, including exhibit binders and motions in limine
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, court officials, and insurance carriers
• Support attorneys with administrative and litigation-related tasks
