Location : Chicago, IL (North Chicago, North Suburbs, Highland Park, Buffalo Grove, Park Ridge, and West Loop priority areas)
Schedule : Full-Time, flexible
Compensation : $70,000$90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus (up to $2,250 / quarter)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for pediatric clients (primarily ages 212, with occasional older clients). Caseloads are available immediately, and we respect your current notice period.
This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based quarterly bonuses. The role is ideal for someone self-disciplined, passionate about ABA, and looking for an opportunity to grow in a smaller, supportive organization.
