Job Summary

BEAT is looking for a Sr. Contracts Administrator, who can be remotely located anywhere within the United States and must have expert level knowledge in full lifecycle Federal Government contracts.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years' experience working with Government contracts and expert knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and other agency supplements.
• Perform the full lifecycle of federal contract and subcontracts at an expert level, to include review, negotiation, execution, and administration.
• Ability to promptly review, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreement.
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for various regulations, such as, CMMC, NIST, C-SCRM, ISO standards, and ITAR.
• Interface with internal and external key stakeholders to advise and ensure compliance with contract terms and corporate policies.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail in monitoring contract performance to include ensuring deliverables and routine reporting deadlines are met and timely execution of subcontracts and modifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
• High proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
• Perform other duties as required.
• Less than 10% of travel time expected.
