Account Service Coordinator I

Position Summary : The Account Service Coordinator I is an introductory role within an inventory finance portfolio working closely with the Account Manager to assist in all operational aspects of the portfolio. Involves frequent interaction with manufacturer and dealer customers as well as internal sales and credit teams.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
Language Ability :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to draft customer facing emails and correspondence on a regular basis. Ability to communicate effectively via phone with a variety of manufacturer / dealer contacts.
Math Ability :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as payoffs, discounts, interest, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and database application systems
