What You'll Do

• Partners with Region Vice President, Leaders, and Managers to create and execute people strategies that support business goals, using insights and metrics to guide and track results.
• Recommends solutions to foster a positive, productive work environment; anticipates challenges and proactively seeks improvements impacting management, productivity, efficiencies, and retention.
• Collaborates with managers to investigate associate relations and partners with the VP of HR to determine appropriate course of action.
• Communicates across all levels and geographies, collaborating with colleagues across the business and the HR team.
• Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
• Facilitates training on HR topics such as performance management, leadership, interviewing, etc.
• Guides talent planning, conducts talent reviews, oversees succession planning, and supports career development and high-potential identification.
• Champions initiatives to build a strong organizational culture and improve the associate experience.
• Assists with annual open enrollment; keeps associates informed of benefit options and programs.
• Oversees Engagement Survey and resulting action items for assigned regions.
• Travel as needed.
