What You'll Do
- Partners with Region Vice President, Leaders, and Managers to create and execute people strategies that support business goals, using insights and metrics to guide and track results.
- Recommends solutions to foster a positive, productive work environment; anticipates challenges and proactively seeks improvements impacting management, productivity, efficiencies, and retention.
- Collaborates with managers to investigate associate relations and partners with the VP of HR to determine appropriate course of action.
- Communicates across all levels and geographies, collaborating with colleagues across the business and the HR team.
- Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Facilitates training on HR topics such as performance management, leadership, interviewing, etc.
- Guides talent planning, conducts talent reviews, oversees succession planning, and supports career development and high-potential identification.
- Champions initiatives to build a strong organizational culture and improve the associate experience.
- Assists with annual open enrollment; keeps associates informed of benefit options and programs.
- Oversees Engagement Survey and resulting action items for assigned regions.
- Travel as needed.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree5-7 years of strategic HR Generalist or Business Partner experienceProficient MS Office and Excel skillsWorking knowledge of state and federal employment lawsTime management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and work independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information to all levels of managementKnowledge of collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting dataPreferred Qualifications
