Manufacturing Trainer

The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training for hourly employees in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that employees are properly trained in safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job-specific skills to meet production and compliance requirements. The Trainer will leverage Training Within Industry (TWI) principles.
