Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Day Shift) About the Role Taskify is hiring for one of its leading healthcare clients — a full-service, patient-centered hospital dedicated to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care. We are seeking a competent and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide both routine and complex nursing care with professionalism, independence, and sound clinical judgment. You’ll also collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care, while continuing to grow in your nursing practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice , including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Administer medications and treatments using appropriate clinical protocols; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families with empathy and professionalism. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient symptoms, medical history, medications, and care interventions. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, recovery, and preventive care. Delegate and coordinate patient care activities to ensure smooth and effective unit operations. Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional growth, clinical excellence, and quality outcomes. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications) Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Licenses & Certifications : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or Compact State license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted).
