A company is looking for a Student Advisor to support student retention and program completion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to students via phone, email, and text to support program completion
Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and document all communications
Monitor student progress and communicate with university partners regarding student status
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service
Experience in higher education is preferred
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
