A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for loan submission
Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
Strong analytical and math skills
