The Supervisor Clinic Nursing assists the Clinic Administrator / Practice Manager with general supervision, direction, and support of the daily operations of the clinic in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. In the absence of the manager, the supervisor has oversight of clinic operations.

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and enforcing clinic specific protocols, procedures, and objectives; maintaining compliance with federal / state regulations and standards; ensuring charging / reimbursement changes are integrated into every level of clinic operations; serving as the point of contact for patient and external customer complaints; monitoring the payroll system to help control employee time management; and monitoring utilization of staff and supplies to stay within budget guidelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 1 year experience in the discipline OR 3 years' experience in the discipline OR Master's Degree and no experience; 3 years related experience in a clinic / physician office; RN degree required OR Non-RN Applicant with 5 years of EP experience in lieu of RN education; Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred (required if RN); and specialized or technical training from a college or technical school for coding, medical assistant or coding certification preferred.
