Director, Marketing Effectiveness

The Director, Marketing Effectiveness will lead the evolution of measurement for a key Carat client. You will own the development and integration of advanced measurement frameworks, from marketing mix modeling to ongoing attribution, into cohesive, client-ready stories of brand and business impact. You will manage a team of analytics professionals, guide cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that insights are not just delivered but acted upon. You will report to SVP, Analytics.

Measurement Leadership

• Define and drive the client's holistic measurement strategy, including advanced modeling, ongoing attribution, and tactical optimization.
• Translate marketing performance data into clear, executive-ready narratives that demonstrate the impact of media and marketing on business outcomes.
• Integrate multiple measurement approaches into a seamless framework that connects brand health, customer outcomes, and revenue performance.

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
