Project Analyst – Cloud Transformation (Security Focus)

Job Description : Genesis10 is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst with our client in the healthcare industry. This is a 6-month contract position and is fully remote. Compensation : $50.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.About the Role We are seeking a Project Analyst to support our Cloud Transformation Program, specifically within the security workstream. This role will serve as a key liaison between application teams, platform teams, and the security organization to ensure the timely remediation of identified security gaps. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing technical project workflows—particularly in environments involving cybersecurity or compliance initiatives. The role focuses on coordination, tracking, and documentation to support the validation work performed by the Security Architecture team. Key Responsibilities Project & Workflow Management Manage and track security-related tasks and deliverables in Jira, including epics, stories, and subtasks. Build and maintain Jira dashboards and reports to monitor progress, blockers, and deadlines. Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination across multiple teams. Security Documentation Inventory Maintain an organized inventory of program-related documentation (e.g., test results, implementation evidence, scan reports). Ensure documentation is properly tagged, versioned, and stored in designated repositories such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira. Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and submit evidence required for compliance (e.g., screenshots, reports, attestation forms). Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with application, platform, and security teams to ensure alignment on security remediation activities. Support onboarding of new applications into the cloud security compliance framework. Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks or delays as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 5–7 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably within IT or cybersecurity. Proficiency in Jira for task management, dashboards, and reporting. Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with security compliance processes, cloud environments, or remediation workflows is a plus.
